  Drive thru took 25 minutes to get our food. Both of our meals were very poor quality.

  Been here before and had great food and service when they first opened? But it just seems of late customer service has fell off, they want you to use kiosk always. Longer waits, food prep just thrown in bag, not much value for your dollar. Sad but its everywhere, hard to teach customer service or hard work.

  This is the slowest Taco Bell. Multiple times I have had to wait 20 minutes or more to get my food. Team members do not seem to care. This is the opposite of fast food. Also, they are consistently out of Baja Blast and never actually have what is advertised as a special. Good luck ever actually trying the nuggets at this location.

  Workers are playing and going really slow on food . I have been sitting here for about 45 minutes and still haven’t got my food .they ain’t even that busy for me to be waiting 45 minutes for my food .
