  I worked "sit down service" restaurants for 30+ years, have held every job except being an owner, Pre- Covid, and "QA" (Quality Assurance), should always be a Top Priority! Part of that is, whomever hands off the "To- Go" bag to the customer, EVERYTHING that customer paid for, should be in there!!! It should NEVER be the responsibility of the customer to have to check their bag(s) and make sure they've gotten everything that they've paid for. And while it might seem ridiculous to have to complain about two orders of Cinnamon Twists, at $1.89 each (plus 6% Kentucky Sales Tax) that were missing from my order, I ordered those for my boyfriend, who is currently being treated for cancer. When I called the store location to complain, I was told that I could "come back and get them". I informed them that it would be a 30 minute round- trip, and my own food would get cold. Their response was, "Eat your food first and come back, we're open until 3am". WHY should I have to go out of my way, to correct THEIR mistake? Use my own gas at the current prices going on? I was, firstly, looking for a "store credit" for my next visit. Never offered in any way. I told them to give the Cinnamon Twists to themselves, and I'll go on here, write this, and NEVER go to that location again.

  Food is too expensive and extremely sub par. Chips and cheese cost $2.99 and it’s basically chip dust that tastes like old oil.

  still the reigning champ of worst taco bell in louisville. gave them another chance 6+ months after several bad experiences. old crusty tortillas, everything cold, put crunchy tacos on the bottom of the bag under heavier burritos, and you'd think there's a bonus for the person who can put the smallest amount of meat possible on a taco. never again.
