  The staff that works there that also own it are very rude and very short with you. They do not promote the food and they sure don't promote atmosphere at all. They never have the soup made but keep the sign up. They have a sign that says additional add on plus tax but refuse to honor the sign. This is probably the worst subway location I've ever eaten at. I work in customer service for a very large restaurant that goes the extra mile wow to promote our food and atmosphere for our customers. I encourage anyone in this area to avoid this dull under the top location and just cruise down to the street to penn station. Very customizable friendly and will let you pay for additional add ons instead of telling you how it is, and how it's going to be when spending your money.

  They're sign says ADD ONS additional but refused to let me switch TOMATOs that I'm allergic to, to banana peppers. Do better Subway.

  They do not honor there on subway coupons. Asked for manager and was told could not talk to any one. How can you own a subway and not honor your own coupons my opinion only .but my money spends just as well at penn station.
