You can tell these people care about getting your sandwich done right and giving you good service, and they aren't miserable and unhappy to have you giving them business like the other location. It's definitely worth driving a couple extra miles to avoid the horrors of 12422 Shelbyville Rd.

Last time they made my sandwich while I took my kid to the restroom so I didn't have to come back out and stand in line again. There isn't much to eat in this part of town so Subway is like a community center to us at lunch time. We often see the same faces coming in while we eat.
