    I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee, Jabbary. He is truly a hardworking and respectful young man who handles himself with patience and professionalism, even when things get hectic. You can tell he cares about doing a good job and serving customers well. Employees like him make a big difference, and he deserves to be acknowledged. That being said, Sonic Drive-In really needs to address their staffing. It is not fair to have only two employees working during busy times. The drive thru line gets extremely backed up, and it causes long delays in receiving orders. I have personally seen customers drive away because the wait is too long, which means lost business. Jabari is doing his part and more, but the company needs to support their workers by scheduling enough staff. With proper staffing, the experience would be much better for both customers and employees.

    This is not a complaint about the staff - they were doing the best they could. However, they were severely understaffed and we waited 40+ minutes for 2 drinks. When we did get the drinks, my husband's was missing his nerds which was the reason we went. Will likely not visit this location again.

    Always understaffed I have been here 3 times recently and have had egregious wait times to even order. The one time I managed to actully place a order (2 drinks and 2 tots) it took 2 and half hours from pulling in to getting my food. I came back as a benefit of doubt thing thinking surely it cant be this bad all the time. Each other time ive waited over 30 minutes and havnt even gotten a chance to order and decided to bail.

    Ordered from this Sonic through DoorDash and received a half empty cup of vanilla ice cream.. absolutely ridiculous. Keep in mind we were supposed to receive a Reese & Oreo Sonic Blasts..

    Donovan said the ice cream machine broken… how? In an icecream joint? 😐 How? Burger was fire tho. Keep that boy on the grill. And get some staff In there man. He in there by himself at 9pm.
