  Very dirty restrooms. Empty restaurant and unusual staff. Doesn’t appear well managed by franchise owner.

  Im beyond frustrated with this place! Ive never had a problem with a cashier so much! The mixed girl thats up front sits in the window on her phone and without even looking up asks me "for here or togo" with a nasty attitude. This ain't the first time either. I talked to a shift leader in training said his name was anthony and he apologized for her actions but its not his place to apologize for her nasty attitude. She obviously hates her job and anyone that interrupts her on her phone. I hope someone from corporate sees this and fires that rude girl because like I said this aint the 1st time shes been rude the last 2 times ive came in. How u keep such a rude unpleasant girl as ur cashier says alot about management. Get it together Smashburger.

  I was there today around noon. I had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady on the picture was so rude and unprofessional. I don’t like to complain when I get bad service. I just simply never return but you all honestly need to have a talk with her. I was so excited to try you alls burgers because I’ve heard such great things but with today being my first time and the experience I’ve had I’ll never go back. When we came in she didn’t greet us or look at us. I was ordering for 6 people so I was trying to figure out what everyone wanted. When I first started talking she was looking down and ignored me. I want to assume she was looking down at her phone but I couldn’t see it behind the computer. Anyway. I was like, “ma’am, I’m trying to order” she rolled her eyes at me, I told her I wanted a single smash burger and she rudely said, “which one?” I told her I wanted to create my own. So I was trying to go back and forth with her and my dad because my dad has a language barrier. My dad I sensed she looked annoyed when we were talking amongst each other about what he wanted. I told her, “what’s your problem?” She said she was overstimulated and we were overstimulating her with our order. Mind you, we had just started ordering. Make it make sense. I’m not an insensitive person if some told me I’m overstimulating them I would try to be more sensitive but we did nothing wrong and her tone and mannerism was gross and loud. So I told her, “it’s ok, we don’t want anything anymore, we’ll leave” she said fine. I asked her to speak to her manager she first said she could go get them then she said I had to call. Then she tried to get the next people in line involved asking them if she was rude. I hope you all have cameras and can hear and watch the whole conversation because I’m forgetting a lot but she’s the worst.

  I had been craving a po' boy and seen that Smashburger had it on the menu. I had never been so I didnt know what to expect. Not going to lie the service was nice, the cashier was very patient with me as I situated my 3 kiddos. When she brought out the food I was so ready to "smash"! The po'boy was fire, definitely what I wanted and my sons burger was "so good and had alot of flavor" as he stated. Now my only complaint is the mac n cheese, that was wayyyy too much cheese and barley any mac, I had to ask the waitress what it was before I dug in. She informed me that they cook the mac n cheese on the grill. I would never get that again but I will definitely come again!

  We ate here for the first time tonight. The food was good but the scervice was better. We noticed one guy was running the front and bagging the orders all by himself. This guy despite being extremely busy had an amazing attitude. He smiled with every order he completed and never looked frustrated. His attitude about his job is extremely rare nowadays. When we left we told him how awesome he was doing and he introduced himself as John. John keep up the awesome job you are doing. This place is lucky to have a hard worker like you.
