  Worst Qudoba food I’ve had, got chicken burrito and it was bland had no taste to it, thankfully this is not my home Qudoba

  Alright. It is obvious on 04/02 this store was swamped. Had a register guy who was totally not with it who was telling customers how he cut his finger to the bone. The line was disgusting. Spoons that had obviously not been swapped out for hours, food and whatever debris just on the line where they wrap your entree. Who knows what bacteria has been harbored. The manager was extremely rude as all other comments have mentioned. She was rude as hell to everyone. Snarky and dismissive. Told a customer in front of me, “So you’re not gonna tell me this is yours too, and you’re gonna make me make them one by one?” She has not only zero customer service ability, but cannot adequately staff the store or keep up with food safety!!! Qdoba corporate, PLEASE CHECK ON YOUR WORKERS. this location has frequent AC issues causing workers to sweat and overheat in prior years. Portions are inconsistent, employees are obviously over it, and your management is not trained and not able to apply their “skills” on the floor. Corporate has the money to do better, but doesn’t. Absolutely disgusting store. Food everyone near drink station, trash overfilled, trash around drink station. The front of house is disgusting including the dining room. If you run a BOGO promotion, adequately staff your employees and also, train better. This is ALL of your fault. Unacceptable. Good luck getting people sick.

  Super inconsistent experience here. On the most recent order they left off half the ingredients in a bowl and the ones they did add were scant so it was basically a bowl of rice, which is insane for the $10-$12 price tag. Also you're lucky to get more than 5 chips in a "large" chips and queso order.

  On Thursday April 2nd my niece and I came to Qdoba to eat. After a very tiresome visit at the hospital she and I chose this place to eat. I must say I am totally surprised at the most humiliating, belittering , and terrible experience. I have never been subdued to such unnessary outrage from a person supposedly being the Supervisor. She appeared to be overwhelm with her work and landed her frustrations toward us. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and had paid for it. My niece ordered a bowl and had stated to the servers that she also wanted the burrito that came with it ,from the April 2nd promotion. When she came to pay she told the cashier she wanted her burrito. He told her she had to go to the end of the line and he could not ring her up without the burrito.She implied that she had told all of them and they didn't fix it. He did yell down to the Supervisor, "She wants her burrito" The Supervisor yells amongst all of the customers in very loud, and aggressive tone all the way to the other end, "What do you want on your burrito?" Because of the distance between the supervisor and my niece she had to speak loudly for what she wanted. Black beans, corn, the Supervisor interrupted her and said," If you want to order you have to come down to this end." My niece went down to the other end and began stating what she wanted. The Supervisor interrupted her again and said," You know what, I have the right to not serve you. I am not going to serve you. She threw the burritos that she was preparing in the trash and shouted loudly, "Get out of my store."I was still standing at the register. I told the young man she said she not going to serve us so just give me a refund.He replied he could 't give me a refund. The Supervisor at end shouted, "I ain't giving nobody any refund." I replied," Yes you going to give me my money back." She then came and refunded my money. As a past Supervisor and Director of past jobs, I highly recommend these employee be discipline for their unprofessional actions.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. Visited the Qdoba near Audubon Hospital on 4/2/26 during a promotion and was treated with extreme disrespect by an African American supervisor, who, I was told her name was Kate by the cashier. She was aggressive from the start, yelled across the store, told me to “get out,” and refused service without cause. She also initially refused to refund my 69-year-old aunt and then slammed a burrito she was making into the trash in front of everyone. The cashier (Elijah) laughed and told me to “look it up” when I asked for management contact information. I was not rude or disruptive at any point. This behavior was embarrassing, unprofessional, and honestly concerning. Other customers even left due to the chaos. As someone who has worked in public service for over 25 years, this was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. Management needs to address this immediately.
