Terrible experience tonight. With the exception of one young man, working the line by himself. The rest of the staff were rude. We were the only ones in line and stood there for 4 mins before anyone acknowledged us. Even the manager was standoffish and refused to help anyone, just avoided eye contact in hopes that we’d probably go away.
Not to mention the soda machine was over flowing and backed up, there was standing water on the floor and the bathroom was filthy with trash everywhere.
It’s unfortunate that this is the only QSR restaurant in Westport village, nonetheless we won’t be back.

Manager “Haley” needs some training. No reason to close the store 45 minutes before closing.

I am writing to formally report a very disturbing experience I recently had at your restaurant involving poor food quality and extremely unprofessional behavior from both the manager and staff.
The food that was purchased was completely bland and lacked seasoning. Because of this, I contacted the restaurant to explain the issue. During this conversation, the manager refused to provide his name when I asked so that I could properly address him. He then accused me of lying about the taste of the food, which was both disrespectful and unacceptable.
The manager told me, in a hostile tone, to bring the food back to the restaurant. When I arrived, the manager and several employees were already standing together waiting for me, which immediately made the situation feel confrontational rather than professional. As I attempted to calmly explain the problem with the food, several employees repeatedly interrupted the conversation instead of allowing the manager to handle the situation appropriately.
I requested a refund due to the unacceptable quality of the food. The manager refused and demanded a receipt. I explained that my daughter was not given a receipt when she purchased the order. The purchase was made using a credit card, which means the transaction should be easily verified in your system. Despite this, the manager still refused to issue a refund and instead offered to remake the food. Considering the food was already unacceptable the first time, I declined this offer.
As I left the restaurant, I placed the food on the counter and clearly stated that the issue had not been resolved. To make matters even worse, several employees came out of the back door and began making obscene gestures toward me by waving their middle fingers. This type of behavior toward a customer is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on your establishment.
This situation represents a serious failure in both customer service and management professionalism. No customer should be treated with hostility, accused of lying, or subjected to disrespectful and vulgar behavior from staff.
I expect this matter to be addressed immediately. I would like to be contacted by someone in upper management regarding this incident and the actions that will be taken to correct this behavior.

Typical qdoba experience. The burrito was portioned well and tasted great. The kids both enjoyed their meals and applesauce. The line moved quickly with the limited staff working. The lady making the food was a rock star.
