  Hands down the worst customer service ever. Twice I've ordered this year to have it canceled with no call or text as to why. I have an autistic kid that only eats certain foods and I drove across the country today to place an order when we got home and had this experience again. When you call the local number you reach a call center. They will transfer you but no one answers. Terrible image for the company. Absolutely pathetic.

  If I could give this location negative stars, I would. Not only do the orders take more than twice the quoted time, but they are also incorrect, overcooked, and poorly made. When I got to my vehicle and realized one was completely the wrong pizza and had toppings (it was supposed to be cheese) I took it back inside. The employee acted annoyed that I wanted what I ordered. She handed me what I can only assume was someone else’s cheese pizza. Then she straight LIED to my face saying that Pizza Hut changed their pan pizza recipe because she gave me a regular pizza, not pan. Two of our other pizzas are overdone and practically inedible. The big New Yorker is a joke, with crust more than 2” wide in spots (and also overcooked). I’m out $50 for inedible dinner. Don’t waste your time or money.

  Rude staff, they should learn how to treat staff, arrogant behavior, long wait times.

  Horrifically managed and badly operated. Ordered a pick up order. They started my order 20 minutes after it was due. Employees are more attentive to Door Dashers getting their orders, which were due after mine, than someone who is picking up their own. 50 minutes wasted with zero food and zero care.
