Fast forward to me making the order and asking about the items that was supposed to be credited that were messed up last time, after being out on hold for over 10 mins, was told that the gm refused the credits. When I asked to speak to the gm about the matter, the gm refused to even speak to me about it on the phone. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I see why this store has 3.7 stars, surprised they have that many. I had to contact another store to have everything straightened out.
