We ended up getting one wrong pizza and we called and they were so nice and even sent out another driver for us to get the right pizza. We asked if we needed to give the pizza back and they said no. We would’ve just ate it but my husband only likes cheese lol. But even though we got the wrong pizza papa john’s was very accommodating to us. Normally people tell us we have to come back and get the pizza. We will keep ordering from them!!

This store used to have wonderful lady with customer service and a smile on their face, unfortunately she is no longer there due to lack of leadership and I can tell they’re still lacking.
