One of the employees was walking around eating a cookie and taking orders totally unprofessional. There were five different employees coming into the register instead of staying at one station making the process move along faster…so disorganized. Please do better. I will say the pizza was absolutely delicious and the presentation was great. They just have to do better with the customer service.

At 12:41 I called the store questioning the delay. The acting manager said it was just going in the oven. I replied: "It was supposed to be delivered 5 minutes ago and you're telling me it just went into the oven?" Unapologetically she replied: "What do you want me to do, it is a pretty big order?" How about sincerely apologize for the delay and offer a discount on a future order? I'm not shocked this location has a 3.4 Star rating. Absolutely horrible customer service!

One employee was actually eating over someone else’s food while it was being made, which is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. I waited an entire hour just to find out my food had been given away to someone else. Then I had to wait even longer for them to remake my order. There was no apology, no thank you. I was simply told to wait to the side until it was done. This was terrible customer service and shows a complete lack of training and management. I would never eat at this location again. Very disappointing experience.
