  Got charged 8 dollars more cause the app didn't work correctly showed the order but wouldn't work 3rd time this has happened and just about done with Papa John's I got rewards for a reason

  Keep telling ya email to unsubscibe me an its NOT!!! You used to be damn good, but ur quality has changed an using doordash ppl to deliver after a doordash driver backed into my vehicle, they can't be trusted!!

  I wanted to give you a zero. Im a 20 year customer. Sorry to say that when you started using Door dash it ended with me! The drivers are dirty and I suspect high when they deliver. The food smells of cigarette smoke and one driver showed up with 5 dogs in the car. I have also been cussed out and threatened by a driver from the middle east over asking where the rest of my order was! When I called your store manager I was told its my problem. He was very rude told me if I didnt like it go somewhere else! The pizzas were under cooked sloppy messes which I paid 100 bucks for including delivery cost. You use to be the Best now the worst! I SEE WHY YOUR LOSING MONEY!! Im also very sure you never read your reviews.

  What's your guys Louisville, KY Distribution Center phone number? It's not listed on Google maps, and no body at the office, nor in at the customer service knows the phone number to them. Can least it on Google or at least let your managers and customer service know it?
