  Husband went to get food for me, I'm at home sick..modified the ciabatta cheesesteak to have no onions or peppers..The modification was even on the receipt but not made correctly. I called to speak to the manager "Tameka" who was very rude. All she made was excuses and I didn't get one apology..just a bad attitude. I literally order from this Panera every day. I'm shocked by the customer service.

  I used to think Panera was a safe bet, but this location proved me very wrong. The food was overpriced and slapped together with zero care. My order was wrong, lukewarm, and missing items, and when I pointed it out, the staff acted like it was an inconvenience that I even noticed. The real issue was management. The manager, Aziz, was dismissive and uninterested in resolving the problem. No apology, no effort to fix the mistake, just an attitude that made it clear customer service is not a priority here. For a place that markets itself as fresh, welcoming, and high quality, this experience was the complete opposite. Plenty of other restaurants value their customers more. I won’t be returning.

  I get online and order chicken noodle soup and most days and I mean 90% of the time it should be called chicken broth soup I have one noodle tonight. This is ridiculous. Somebody in charge needs to look at the soup. I have a video tonight if you need to see my broth soup.
