  First off, I have been a huge Panera bagel fan for years. The cinnamon crunch and Asiago cheese are my faves. I don't live near a Panera, though, so I don't often get them. I was I n town for a dr.'s appointment last week, though, so I stopped and picked up a few. The cinnamon crunch was divine! Asiago cheese? Not so much. Very little cheese. Huge disappointment. .

  I want to thank James the employee who was so kind and patient to me!!! He personally helped me navigate the app and could definitely see I was struggling with it. It made the whole experience at Panera a totally different experience. Much appreciated!! My food was delicious. I even witnessed the manager on duty (name unkn) cleaning up the dining room and helping patrons with refils. I will definitely be back with this type of service.

  Panera bread has changed their recipe on their Mediterranean veggie sandwich. It's pretty nasty. That and the soup were the only reasons I went there.

  Ordered online for quick pick up. Still had to wait in line to get order. When it was handed to me the bag was unsealed and just sitting behind counter. Seems quality has been lacking the last couple of times I have visited.
