  They closed at 11:57 PM when it says they were open 24 hours clearly they need to have their employees work longer. they need to consider hiring more intelligent workers and hard-working people. I will not be coming here ever again because I really wanted a McFlurry after my concert!!

  This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Louisville, maybe in Kentucky and quite possibly on the entire planet. If you enjoy waiting for seemingly all of eternity to get your food only for it to be wrong 95 percent of the time, this is the pace for you.

  Wow, I was really impressed at the service, attitude and food this morning. Absolutely perfect! Frederica went all the extra miles with a smile on to help me put in the order. It came out perfectly all around. You could tell there was a lot of management around today, trying to really dig in and do things right. It can take a lot of work to turn things around or get to right - they are doing it. I’m impressed! Keep up the awesome work.

  This is the cleanest, fastest, friendliest and most accurate McDonald's I've been to in a long time. I ordered on the app from the parking lot and selected counter pickup. I was greeted the moment I walked in by a friendly lady who got my name and order number. I waited maybe 90 seconds and the food was handed to me and I was on my way. The order was accurate, fresh and delicious. I couldn't envision a better experience.

  DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered food on the app for my son's baseball team. I got a confirmation number and an email saying my order was confirmed. The money was taken out of my account. We drove up to the restaurant only for them to tell us they didn't receive our order and we would have to pay for the food all over again. I showed them the email confirmation showing that the food had been ordered and paid for. I even pulled up my bank account to show them that they took the money and they still refused to give us our food. I spoke to the manager who assured me that the money would go back onto my card in three business days and it did not. I have used the app numerous times at other locations without any trouble.
