  Skip this location go on down the road.. they just need to close it down rethink the whole operation, while its new there nobody to take your order you wait 15mins bc of all the door dash people no drink machine no salt pepper napkins very crappy inside..

  Went through drive through around 8am all the food was cold. Breakfast burrito wrap tasted raw couldn't eat it. 0/10 don't recommend for breakfast

  Out of the last 5 times I have been to this location, my food has been incorrect, my order has been cancelled and I was told a refund would come in an hour (5 days later I got the refund), customer service is non existent as they left me standing at the counter and just kept looking over at me but didn’t ask if I needed anything, customer service also was awful as non of them could help with any issue I brought forth only telling me they couldn’t do anything because it’s the app and they have no control over anything with it yet the app says speak with the store about all issues, and honestly how hard is it to read a screen saying no pickles add bacon and add cheese.

  Not trying to be mean but this may be the worst McDonald’s in Louisville. I have given them so many chances and have went over and over. They constantly can’t give you the incorrect order. It’s not little things either. Didn’t put fries or nuggets in an order for my kids. Granted, I should have checked them and I take that fault but how do you forget fries and nuggets on a happy meal. This is about the 4th time the order is completely wrong or they don’t put food in the bag. No sauces, napkins, or straws. Unfortunately, I wanted to support this location because I was told it is owned by individuals who buy into a franchise and not the corporation. Not sure if that is true but my uncle was at one point franchise owner so I know how hard it can be. But, now I won’t go there again!
