  Hands down the best McDonald's in Louisville. From early morning breakfast to lunch and dinner They are quick professional and the food is always hot and fresh. Kudos to management and staff for taking pride in your store You've got a great team here.

  I ordered extra pickles on my sandwich. Not only did they charge me for it but they gave me a sandwich with non on it. The lead was nice and fixed it but I had to wait for them to remake the sandwiches. The sandwich that i ended up with had 4 pickles each. Most sandwiches have 3 pickels so i paid almost an extra .75-$1 for 1 extra pickle on each sandwich. That's unacceptable. It's one thing to ask for extra and not get extra but when you're paying for it and don't get any or only get 1 extra. I'm not asking for meat or cheese. A pickle isn't going to cost but a fraction of a sent and charging for it and then only getting 1 extra is bad.

  Even that it was very packed and busy in this Saturday m, the staff did a great job to help everyone in the store, specially the associate renita who had a great smile and solved the problem of the customers waiting

  Never seen a McDonald’s pull ever order than get all the wrong order makes no sense to pull an order over a drink this is the worst place won’t come back

  If I could give no stars I would. I've never been so ignored and disrespected by a staff as I was today, as the whole lobby was. Order after order was wrong. We were given attitude and eye rolls for noticing their mistakes. Orders were practically thrown at customers. Worst crew I've ever encountered. I eat McDonald's breakfast everyday for years but they have have just lost my business. If u want good food and good service, stay away from this establishment. Pathetic!
