  I had a code for free medium fry and medium drink spending a minimum of $5. I ordered that and 2 sandwiches. I got charged for an extra drink. I tried to ask about it at the window. She took my receipt and I was thinking it was getting resolved. Instead, she gave me what I ordered and not a refund on the drink

  Got a bacon egg n cheese,steak egg n cheese, burrito, n hash brown. $17. McDonalds really needs to reevaluate its pricing structure. I can get better n more elsewhere.. smh

  Come here all the time and have never had any problems. But today whoever was at the window with pale skin, freckles, and dark hair handing out the food had such bad customer service. Almost handed me the wrong order and when I told her it wasn’t ours she was aggravated with me and didn’t say one other word to us not even when we finally got our food, all we got was a stink face. I recommend finding better cashiers who don’t get angry when being corrected on their mistakes thank you

  I usually go late night after work. It's a 50/50 chance how things will be. I typically mobile order. Sometimes it's right, sometimes wrong. Sometimes hot sometimes not. The fries are always undercooked and turn into cold grease before I can eat them. Nobody ever talks unless they're telling me to pull around and wait. But it's the only one between work and home, so I guess I'll keep taking my chances.

  I received the wrong order on fort dash tonight and when I call to speak with management, she was very respectful and quickly fixed the problem. Food was also remade and delicious. Great customer service thank you.
