  I go to this McDonald's like every few weeks I come from Taylorsville but it seems like every other time I visit this McDonald's there's always a mistake made and today I got an iced coffee and they literally gave me an ice black coffee it was not sweetened or anything and it didn't even have creamer in it the only reason why it looked like I had creamer cuz I asked for whipped cream on top of it and then the gentleman made an excuse saying they're new they're just now learning how to make it when the people that were back there is people that is always there I have a pretty photogenic mine and I know that they're always there and then the girl that was the manager she kind of threw attitude like towards the guy that was redoing my order because it was done and correct I don't know if she made it or not but she's not new and she should have never threw an attitude if she screwed it up she screwed it up just fix it no reason to throw attitude about it Everyone's entitled to mistakes but there's no reason to get all upset about it I wasn't upset about it just fix it

  I keep writing bad reviews they kept reminding them lol . L athe bottom line is that mainlythe late nigh shifht

  The fact that they have a play place gives them a five star one of the few McDonald's locations left with this feature

  I done a $40 curb side order placed at 6:04pm. I set there until 6:47pm. Walking in to see what was going on I did not leave the store until 7:00pm. When the manager in the polo (tattoos her arms & hair tied up) was handing me my food I let her know we was missing the happy meal an a fry plus my 6 drinks. (She rudely hand me 6 cups to fill up. Mind you I’m a curb side order) She gos back to making orders running her mouth why saying that lady being smart for everyone around to hear. Never once was i smart I get it things happen. Do better with your managers MCDONALDs! Y’all need to take a look at them both because the other lady was not any nicer! Plus they just threw all my food into a bag!

  Got in line w no one at the sign to order and waited 5 minutes before someone said anything, got 2 drinks and a fry and were made to pull up and wait almost 10 minutes for fries. We had asked for sauce and it was not in the bag so we asked for them to grab that for us and they were very annoyed and went in but never came back out with the sauce
