  I did pick up Today so you couldn’t blame it on door dash - still had to go there 2 times — wake up & do better — there’s truly no excuses other than you just don’t care !!!!!

  I spent 12$ this morning. Apparently you only get 30 minutes to eat your breakfast , if you look like your homeless. This guy that works there makes you leave. But the old timers set up in there and gossip all day about the president drink coffee don't have to go anywhere I think that's bullshit I'm going to file a complaint with the better Business bureau Wave 3 troubleshooting and just for the hell of it I'll call in codes and regulations. I guess they never heard of undercover Boss. The location of the restaurant is 10411 Dixie hwy in the Walmart shopping center.

  We placed a mobile order for pickup through the drive through. They forgot our happy meal, chocolate milk, coke, and sauces. When we asked for them they only gave the happy meal and said they already gave us the other items and refused to give us what we paid for. The employee was very condescending. We ended up having to buy replacement drinks somewhere else which cost us even more money.

  I am tired of ordering a large mocha frappe with no whipped cream. Add an espresso shot. Paying two dollars to three dollars for the espresso shot depending on which location I’m at or if I’m ordering for pick up or delivery. Receiving my drink and having zero espresso in it after paying. I’m over it. When I chased my drink if it’s not in it, I’m giving it back and for the price I’m paying you’re going to remake it the proper way. Do not hand me a drink with whipped cream on top because I’m not taking it anymore. For nine dollars a drink I’m getting it the way I order. Oh, y’all literally blamed DoorDash for not putting the espresso shot in my frappe. You literally blamed DoorDash for the problem.
