The short big Mexican or Cuban or whatever she is manager, I think she is the store manager, was very rude about my order that was messed up twice. This lady proceeds to talk to me like I messed up my own order and then complains lying saying I didn't say no pickles. ...... my damn mother is allergic to pickles why would i not say no pickles when I'm buying food for my mother. I asked for fresh food the first time wasn't fresh and had pickles but not extra onions as ordered!! The second time fries were fresh but burger wasn't and STILL had pickles on it without extra onions as ordered and paid for the previous time!!!! As she rerang the order I said loud and clear my mother is allergic to pickles and please add the extra onions.... I know the time it takes to make fresh food and I told them I will GLADLY wait. By all means that lady needs not be there i do not condone ignorance as i am a manager at arby's. So with this said.... I would definitely like for this company's overseer to contact me asap. The ask the crew they watched all of this unfold as I tried with all my power to calmly speak to this lady as she was being rude with me and then huffing and puffing loudly as shewalked off telling me that I'm wasting her food. Please contact me before I take extra steps to resolve this horrible situation!!! I spent $22.00 for a large double quarter pounder meal no pickles extra onions and a large hi-c orange. I first initially paid $20 for the order and tipped my change to the order taker then I tipped the younger lady $2.00 that brought the meal outside... LETS CONVERSE

Very very poor customer service here at this location today. When no one bothers to take orders from the second lane and there's five cars waiting - The first lane gets four orders taken all ahead of the other people. so we finally pull up to the window and I tell that I need to order. The young person at the window says " Well I'm on first Lane. And if no one's taking your order on the second Lane, that's their problem but I'm only taking first lane orders."
That's all - No solution offered, no attempt to take an order from me, no sorry. " That's somebody else's problem.". So I left. I guess we're supposed to magically know which of the 2 lanes has an employee that's on break at that moment when we choose a lane to get in?

So, when I ask for a plain cheeseburger, I expect plain. Not because I’m totally picky, it’s because I physically can’t eat certain things and it’s easier to make it plain. Just cheese, meat and bun. Onions make me violently sick and I’m at work right now. I can’t be doing this at the moment. My dinner is ruined.
