  I am disappointed because my wife and I walked to this location from where we live nearby. Online it says the lobby is open 24/7. On the door, it said the lobby closes at 11 p.m. everyday. It was 9:45 p.m., and the lobby doors were locked. It's surprising that a fast food giant such as McDonald's would close their doors to customers so early in the night. I might understand if their were a walk-up window like Rally's. Now Rally's is a place that will do most anything for their customers.

  This is hands down, no exaggeration, the worst fast food place in this entire city. The staff behavior is terrible. They feel like anyone and anything is an inconvenience to them, even just ordering food (from a place whose business is to sell food). Did you order a fish filet? It will be a plain cheeseburger. Large fry? It will be a small fry, not even a medium. Coke? It’ll be Diet Coke. They just put things in bags, they don’t read tickets, don’t care what order cars ordered in, anything. If they ask you to pull up to the 3rd window, put it in park, then pull over and park and go in cause they didn’t even know you were out there. They left me out there for 40 minutes (I know I’m crazy for even sitting there that long but I was trying to be patient and understanding). They will steal your money, give you all the wrong things, and catch an attitude with you for wanting what you actually ordered. This place is THE WORST! If you file a complaint or ask for a refund, they don’t even respond to it. They could care less. Lost all my patience and understanding with this place.

  Sorry I cannot give it a star 20 years ago I lived on Cane run road I went there and a cheeseburger had a hair in it. So I didn't go back teal 20 years later and out of all things I got a biscuit and gravy. I cannot believe but it had a hair in it I took it back told the manager I just wanted my money no more food. There was no problem getting my refund.
