  Stopped by the McDonald’s on 28th & Broadway in Louisville and had one of the most unnecessarily disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I simply asked for a courtesy cup of water—something that’s pretty standard—and the employee’s response was “PLEASE & THANK YOU” in a tone you’d use with a misbehaving child. Let me be very clear: I’m always polite, especially in places like this, because I understand how demanding and underappreciated these jobs can be. That’s exactly why this caught me off guard. There was absolutely nothing about my request or demeanor that warranted being spoken to like that. It was uncalled for, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing for a company of this size and reputation. Basic respect shouldn’t be optional—it should be the baseline. Do better.

  0 I'm very negative environment Ben how many times orders are very right or maybe 70% of the time some staff members are very rude The Establishment needs improvement that is one of the busier ones in town
