  I don’t understand how I’m standing in a McDonald’s with employees at the front counter, yet I’m forced to order from a kiosk like I’m inconveniencing them. What exactly are y’all here for? And let’s be real—y’all acting like everybody homeless or something, like people don’t deserve basic respect when they walk in. People still expect actual customer service. Not everybody wants to use a kiosk, especially when there are employees right there. On top of that, the attitude is crazy. The customer service is nonexistent—rude, dismissive, and just plain lazy. Nobody greets you, nobody offers help, and when you do interact with staff, it feels like you’re bothering them for doing what they’re paid to do. This location is the definition of unprofessional. If you don’t want to work in customer service, then don’t—but don’t take it out on the customers. Do better.

  Came in for a quick bite to eat and this one employee stood out while working in the lobby today her name is Renata she has such a positive genuine attitude and she went above and beyond to help me with the kiosk and making my experience so great I look forward to seeing her in the future each time I come in which will be more often then usual due to the experience with her

  This McDonald's has one of the best employees ever her name is Renata she has such a great attitude and she was so very helpful and patient making my experience the best one ever

  I mostly stopped in for a cup of coffee and some fries! The service is always nice can I get in and out! McDonald's always has great coffee and a senior discount ! The restaurant off 34th and Bardstown Road the Bashford Manor Area that had a fire! Is currently being rebuilt they are talking about August! They did say on the news that there would always be a McDonald's in that area! So it is coming back! I did stop in once or twice that restaurant just to get coffee and fries!

  CHECK YOUR RECIEPT FOR THEM ROUNDING UP WITHOUT TELLING YOU. The food was good, the service was not bad, what I did not like is that after being read the total amount $24.56, and then when getting up to the window being told $25 even. It was not until I realized that they, without even offering, rounded up to give a donation. Its not the money that is the issue its the underhandedness of hiding it not telling the customer.
