  The employees are always super rude, and always get pulled up no matter what time we go and get.

  Today just like every other day I got the same 5 dollar bag I always get. Just about every day they give me the wrong sauce I pay extra 4 today I got the wrong sandwich and didn't even get any sauce for my nuggets. Yesterday I gave the woman at the first windows my money. She handed me my change back and said next window please I had my wallet in my hand when she handed me my change and before I could even put the money in my wallet rudely she said next window please again customer services lost most people anymore it's going unnoticed and unpunished why they put somebody that can't hardly understand or speak English I do not know in nor is it my fault all I ask is that I get my order write the way I ordered it since I come here almost every day but that's about to change I'll be taking my business to Chick-fil-A were customer service is priority

  Buyer Beware. If you value your insanity, you will stay away from the McDonalds at 7724 Bardstown Road. I went this morning and put in my order, 2 sausage/egg Mc Griddles/2 milks, I get my food and I have 2 sausage/cheese Mc Griddles no milk, drive back around to window. I tell them the mistake, they give me another bag and in it is 2 sausage/egg/cheese Mc griddles and 2 milks again wrong. Drive back around for the third time, they finally get it right. On top of all that the individual taking my order can not speak a lick of English, the lady taking my money can not speak a lick of English and the lady handing out orders at the window can speak English either. The whole process took 30 minutes instead of 5. Where is ICE when you need them?

  I ordered two shamrock shakes and they had broken plastic pieces in it. I said I’m not mad but someone will be, maybe the machine needs to be cleaned. Was given the response of “the machine was cleaned two days ago, I’m sorry about that.” So I guess just be careful getting beverages from this location.
