- MLMyanna LittlApr 5, 20264.0Nice, laid back, family oriented environment. Took my father and son here for their birthdays and there was something for everyone to do. The food was great. Served very hot, you can tell the food was made to order. The only downside was that we waited at least 5 minutes to be seated to eat when there was no one in front of us. Our server was great.

It took an extremely long time just to place an order, and once we finally did, the wait for the food was even longer. There was no sense of urgency or organization from the staff at all. On top of that, the customer service was very poor. Several staff members came off as rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating. What stood out the most was how many tables were left sitting with food on them for hours. Nothing was being cleared, and it made the entire place feel messy and neglected. It was simply disgusting. Overall, the combination of extremely long wait times, rude staff, and lack of cleanliness made this a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless there are major improvements.
- LLllinnggApr 4, 20261.0most games do not work , it’ll take ur credits and you’ll won’t be able to play. you’ll have to go to prize area and complain there and hope you’ll get the credits back. claw games are completely broken it’ll just go down on its own and not pick up anything. probably only good thing is the bowling. add more games, expand the space, take out games that legitimately don’t work. don’t go here you’ll waste time and money.
- AZAndrew ZaleMar 27, 20265.0Service was above and beyond. Waiter (Luis) was phenomenal and nice. Ian (front desk) gave our 5 kids complimentary games since rope course was closed. Can't say enough about the service. Everyone helped make the day special for our kids and their friends.
