  I ordered my food over a hour and a half ago online. I still haven’t received it and was told the driver was 10 minutes away. Why would anyone order a sandwich if it is going to take almost 2 hours for it to be delivered. I could have gone into a restaurant and sat down for this kind of wait. I understand man power shortage but it still shouldn’t take almost 2 hours. No wonder they have gotten rid of the freaky fast slogan.

  My husband and I love this location, since there's been new management that started in January. Previous management was a rude lady who needed to brush up on customer service skills. I don't really have anything negative to say, other than they just don't cut the sandwiches in half when we've put it on the order, however, that could've been on me this time since I ordered a new sandwich. The manager was polite when explaining issues with delivery services and being unable to deliver my order, he offered me a credit to my account for the delivery fee, and offered to match it to the price of a sandwich (free sandwich with next visit). I like to call restaurants when they do good or bad, but I really feel like they did amazing on our order tonight. My husband was very happy with his sandwich, both of ours were LOADED, and that makes us very happy. Sooo much better than Subway. I don't even remember the last time I ate at Subway, we always just order from Jimmy John's! Presentation was great! Flavor was great! Can't wait to place my next order here.

  me & my friend separately ordered online hour before closing did not want our sandwich toasted let alone burnt. friend also had the same situation happen took two bites then had to throw it out. don’t know if it was because it almost close or what but it was so bumming
