  Great food, they help you as soon as you get in , sandwiches are done quick, and again they are delicious 😋

  Put onions on my sandwich, which is a serious anaphalactic allergen for me. I called to let them know and they offered me a refund. I ended up sick and missed the rest of the week from work and was hospitalized the entire weekend due to gastointestinal side effects from the allergic reaction. When I picked up my refund, I was offered a replacement sandwich which I obviously did not want at that time because i was sick. I went back today to have the sandwich replaced (I know I should not have returned to that location for my safety, but I have gone there a bunch of times with no issue and it is close to work) They ended up rudely telling me that they would not be replacing my sandwich. I said that was okay and I would pay for my sandwich. They then told me that business was not welcome and told me to leave as if I was causing any problems, which I was not. They then told me to go to Subway... noted. We should all go to Subway. That is all. Go to Subway, the bread is better anyway. Also Subway was a lot cleaner than this location of Jimmy John's. Its really dirty and all of the toppings are mixed into each other, which is how onions got into my sandwich to begin with. UPDATE Manager called back. Was not interested in hearing the truth. Was dead set on proving me wrong and couldn't. I'm happy to present proof. And you'll be hearing from my attorney with all of said proof. Good luck.
