  Me and a large group of friends came to Graeters after a mid day sporting event. We were all excited and wanted to eat ice cream and chat. A few of us got through line and had pushed some tables together. I was in line behind one of my friends. 'Kate' came up to me and asked if I was apart of the large group that came in. I said "Yes, but I'm buying my own ice cream." - I was thinking that she was curious how to ring up the order. She interrupted me and told me that we shouldn't push the tables together if we come to the establishment again. She then took the order of the person standing in line behind me while another employee came up and took my order. I do not know Kate or any of the employees at this establishment. I felt like I was singled out. I also felt unwelcome in an establishment stating that we could not move tables together to sit with our friends. -- we only used 2 tables. I spoke to the manager after everyone left to avoid ruining the mood of my friends. He was ill and did not seem inclined to deal with the situation at the moment. He did say that he would speak to his employee though.

  This place is awesome. Obviously they sale Ice Cream so it is a given that they would receive 5 Stars. However, Graeter’s has impacted my expectations of ice cream parlors for all future locations and I highly doubt anyone else will meet the new standard. The only aspect better than the amazing and unique flavors is the service! Kate was extremely friendly when we walked in and was extremely helpful.

  I mean the ice cream is great really, and the staff are okay. The pricing is getting a bit too expensive now though and its getting harder to justify coming here

  My friend and I visited this location Friday January 30th at about 9:30pm, the man working the counter at the time (unsure of his name) took our order without speaking to us AT ALL despite us being friendly and polite. He was very rude and curt with us while ordering and paying. He was even being rude to the fellow female employee working with him. We also witnessed him having an ill mannered and sharp interaction with another man there with his young son while they tried to get ice cream near closing. Ice cream is always great though.

  Now DONT even get me started on this blessing of a place. This is PEAK ice cream. The blackberry chip is literally everything you’ve heard and more. I felt like Cookie Monster in there just tearing everything apart. This treat made me tweak out because of how good it was. I almost sold my car it was so good I didn’t know what to do. You have to get this you will be changed for the better.
