  Had me sitting in dive thru line for 20min just to tell me they were out of everything. Instead of telling me that from the start and not wait for nothing....they did this with every car in the line so everyone had to wait

  This Wendy's has honestly gone so far downhill in the past month. 3x in a row they have been out of stock of major items, have underfilled frostys, and now this last time I visited, my fries had severely undercooked/almost raw fries. At this point, this Wendy's is no longer safe to consume.

  Never seems to have food ready when there's no other cars/customers in sight. 3rd week in a row ive come up here yet the 1 thing I expect to be able to get is "out for the night" EVERY TIME.

  So based of the other reviews and no ownership reply’s. I doubt they will see this but this restaurant is in desperate need of new leader ship. I love Wendy’s and this one is closest to my work but avoid and drive out of my way cause it’s so poorly ran. I come by every few months to see if it improves. Went by today. Not only has it not improved, seems as it’s got worse. Or I caught them on a really bad. I was behind the car at the speaker. I sat in one spot for over 10 minutes, before I finally moved one spot to the speaker. But while I heard the car in front of me ordering and they were told they were out of tomatoes and something else. Couldn’t hear the other things they were out of. So i go to order and and basically don’t have any sauce for nuggets. Then tried to order one of the fusion frosty in vanilla. Was told they only have chocolate frosty’s. So I left the line and parked to see where I was gonna find to eat. I sat there for about 15 minutes. The same car that was in front of me still hasn’t received there food. After a total of a half an hour. Look I understand. People call into work. Delivery orders are messed up. But this isn’t an isolated incident. Everything starts with the store manager. And obviously he or she is in over there head.

  Don't go here anytime after 1st shift ends the 2nd shift staff are horrible I spent 45 minutes at the window waiting for 4 sandwiches 2 orders of 4 nuggets and 2 small fries
