Sat in the drive through for a few minutes, no answer, called store in drive through, no answer, pulled up to windows, nobody there but machines are running and the lights are on, pull up and see one guy asleep and the other on his phone laying down

Don’t order on the app because if you get there and they are out of it (which is all the time) nothing will get resolved. They tell you at the location to reach Wendy’s corporate and then they forward it back to the location which never reaches out. Food quality has gone down and they can’t seem to get your order correct. Unsure what is causing this but clearly if corporate can’t even get them to respond to customers then the owners clearly don’t care.

The food is fine, but each time I order I always have some sort of issue. Normally its whatever, but its been consistent with this restaurant of getting partial orders. I understand mistakes happens but when it begins becoming a trend, that's a issue for me.

Last night, we drove all the way to this location to purchase Frostys, only to be told at the window that they were out, so we left. Tonight, we called ahead to confirm availability and were informed that the store stops taking orders at 1:30 AM. We arrived at 12:30 AM, but the employee at the window rudely told us she was only accepting DoorDash orders.
I am extremely frustrated, as we called specifically to avoid being denied service a second time. The posted closing time is 2:00 AM, so this situation feels unacceptable and unprofessional. I believe this issue should be addressed, as the employee’s conduct and inconsistency in service are concerning.

if i could give 0 stars i would. this place is an absolute joke. i door dashed to this location last night and not only did they have the lobby LOCKED where no one could get in (during regular lobby hours) but then had the drive thru at a stand still with 5+ cars in it at all times. we sat in the drive thru (what other choice did we have) for 10 minutes! and it didnt move. i saw an employee wiping tables in the lobby so i went to the door and knocked to try to let them know ive got a door dash order (at this point we had been there for at least 15 minutes), and the girl wiping tables looked directly at me and then turned back around like she didn't even see me. so i get back in the car (drive thru still hasn't moved btw) and wait another 10 minutes to finally get to the window. when we get to the window the person at the window is rude, says she'll "be right back" and continues to ignore us, another 5 minutes go by we honk our horn, they again ignore us. i ended up having to cancel the order i had and leave. so not only did i waste like 30 minutes at this place but also lost out on money. note that at least 8 people were working and at least 7 of them were standing around doing NOTHING. rude, inconsiderate, and lazy are the only words that come to mind. fellow door dashers, DO NOT accept orders from here.
