We tried the new chicken fingers... they are horrible - do not waste your money, however, the service was great, the young man, tall very thin very well-mannered and professional did recommend them but he was just doing his job....wish he worked everywhere..., otherwise, we ordered the usual, Dave's double, it was a typical Wendy's Burger, expensive for what you get but convenient and close by...

I pulled up to the drive thru and was told to basically hurry up and order so he could go smoke... He stated he had been in the window all day... I found that to be very rude and unprofessional... Needless to say I left... I called back to speak to a manager and she did nothing...

If this Wendy’s is doing a video on how not to treat customers, they are making a great video. I’ve just received the worst customer treatment in 50 years at Wendy’s. I’ve watched to see if I was the only one that was treated this way it was not the case for every customer that came in here for the last 30 minutes, they were yelled at cussed at and then this person who worked at the cash register, yelled and cussed at the people they were working with. I assume she was a manager
