Once inside no one addressed me as I stood at the counter and a man was frantically trying to figure out what was going on. Finally he asked me was I waiting on something and I told him I was asked to come inside for a drive-thru online order as my order continued to sit on the counter. Finally they realize they already made my order and hand it to me. The fries were ice cold food, drink were watered down and the overall quality was not good. Definitely seems like there might be some new people there but it wasn’t even busy when I went which made it even more frustrating.
