This store is always so ridiculous I ordered the buy one get one free junior bacon cheeseburger only got one I ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives and ordered cheese sauce on the side I received a plain baked potato with no sour cream no cheese no butter no nothing didn't even get utensils in the bag it's ridiculous I won't go to this Wendy's again

I'm a frequent traveler, and I like Wendy's, but something isn't right at this location. The woman who served me was truly unpleasant. Please, don't hire people who know nothing about customer service. It's uncomfortable to be treated as if they're doing you a favor by serving you!

Little slow but not bad. The manager was being screamed at and threatened by two customers and she handled it so perfectly. I was amazed how professional she stayed until the cops came. She is a white woman I cant remember her name wish I did but shes always great. Good food always hott

The best Wendy's that I have had in years. I did however want a vanilla frosty but only had chocolate. It was delicious. Friendly service.

I put in a mobile order at 2:05, my greyhound bus had just pulled up ,they did everyone in the cashier line almost immediately as soon as they put the order in but completely and I mean totally ignored the mobile order line of only 3 people mind you we were standing there quietly but obvious we had orders in too ,they didn't even ask names to make sure for 40 full minutes I stood there until I couldn't because my bus was leaving before I left I finally asked the dude in front of me his name an hasn't even started his yet ....what the hell kind of management is that...I watched an entire bus line get their orders of which I was from the same bus but out my in before I even got off the bus but didn't get my order after over 35 minutes which is the max for fast food before it's ridiculous....I tried to get help in app keeps resetting 3 minutes live customer service chat no service there...so I tried to call the store itself after and hour of the chat failing...an they pickup and hang up no greeting no nothing just pick up an hang up....even if you're busy that's not the right move this management needs a clean sweep they have become to comfortable disrespecting customers and this order situation makes no sense any way you look at it ,even the Wendy's phone number didn't pickup for 30 min. It rang.
