I've been working close to here for a few months and have eaten here many times, I have never had an issue with my order. They not only have always gotten my food right, they have never forgotten any sauces and don't argue about getting an extra. Swear every other Wendy's in the city sucks, but this one is on point

I got to Wendy's all the time. I have never been to this location. Food was great and the lady at the back window was super friendly. However, when I got to the second window I asked for 1 sauce with my fries and the lady rudely responded" yeah for 53 cents". I have never been charged for a sauce at Wendy's EVER. If this is their policy they need to state it when you order i didnt have cash and would have paid for it at the speaker box if I knew. Im just disappointed tbh and won't be back to this location.

originally ordered sausage egg croissant coffee and orange juice. had to go thru drive thru 3 times first to get original order. second time to return cold coffee. second cup was extremely STRONG without crème and fake splenda with remnants of coffee grounds. original requested jelly instead got ketchup for my third drive thru and had to go thru again. anything worth doin is worth doin right with some pride.
