  Waiting on food in a drive thru was long. We got order and items where missing. I had ask for straws. The had me pull forward while we waited for order. I had to catch an employee on other side of building to try to correct the order. The employee was trying to help us, but still made another mistake. No corrective measures were given to us for the multiple mistakes or the length of we were in line waiting on order. But another problem, the pavement in the driveway hasn't gotten fixed. You have to watch the potholes and people from the Greyhound bus station while driving around the drive thru because the people are not watching out for safety. Having people walking around from all area makes it unsafe. I come here alot. I mention the problems about the drive thru pavement and its still not fixed. I must take a break from this location until the drive thru pavement gets fixed. Now, it's time for me to point out these issues here.

  Visiting from out of town and it was between this and McDonald’s,. I’ll give you a hint. GO TO THE MCDONALDS! The food wasn’t fresh or well prepared. I paid for a bacon double stack and of course once I got on the bus there was no bacon on the sandwich. My spicy chicken was also cold as ice and guess what no bacon was on that either. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Trash management so you know the staff isn’t far behind

  Was way better than the last experience I had. Ordered online around 8 on a Monday, drive through was empty so it wasn't a long wait. Got my food in about a 4 minutes, it was actually fresh and made right... I have no computer about them today

  This is an older wendys but these people keep it up and have a good stewardess a black lady who keeps it clean. Service was a tad slow are I'd gave this black ran establishment a 5 star.

  I ignored Siri telling me about the 30% positive reviews. I went to the drive thru. I ordered a classic sandwich Meal with cheese added to the sandwich and lemonade as the drink, a 10-pc nugget combo (they didn’t put it as a combo but I didn’t ask them to correct it as on second thought, I didn’t truly need fries from 2 meals), and a small side of chili - I was charged $21 for all that. I checked my order while at the window & they looked at me like they wanted me to get out the way so I rushed. I thought it seemed fine but I realized after pulling off that I didn’t get a straw. I got home and found they put pickles instead of tomato on the sandwich (everyone knows that’s not a classic Wendy’s chicken sandwich setup, who on earth would do this!?), then I was really sad to also find they DID NOT GIVE ME ANY FRIES. >:( Never had this happen at any Wendy’s before including this branch. They must’ve gone downhill. I won’t be back. The food also didn’t seem very fresh.
