Brandon, the night shift supervisor refused to do literally anything about it. I asked if he could throw in a free drink. He said no, absolutely not since that was corporates problem. I asked him to offer me ANYTHING to make me feel like its not blatant false advertising. He said he could offer me corporates number. I was very polite. But if you've ever been in customer service, you know how easy it would be to offer SOMETHING to appease someone that literally drove there for a product that was advertised falsely. He even said if it was something he or his crew did wrong he could do something about it. But since ita was corporate he didnt have to. Just terrible customer service. I'll be calling, and very likely never returning. UPDATE: Turns out it wasn't even corporate's number. He just gave me the stores number. As in, when I called it, he's the guy that picked up.
