Today, it took 3 minutes to order once I got to the speaker because they are woefully under staffed with one person working both the front counter and the drive thru window. Not sure if this was one of Junior Bridgeman's former stores or not, but ownership/Management is failing the store and the brand. His stores did not have this bad of service when he was the owner. Chick-Fil-A is more expensive, but worth it going forward for me.
