This was after I visited the restroom and found the soap dispenser broken and laying on the sink and other issues. Certainly not what I am used to at the Wendy's in my area. I was pulled forward, sat in my car for 10 minutes, had to GO IN to get my food. Handed my bag. The fry container was 1/3 way filled with uncooked fries. They replaced the fries. Then I get home and go to eat the rest of my food and it was literally cold to the touch.
