  The service was horrible. The male employee was not even aware or familiar with his own menu. We placed an online order & it was not prepared or even in process of being prepared, when we arrived. He questioned me, rudely tapping the receipt in my face, asking me what the item was (clearly described on the actual receipt) printed from HIS printer. I picked up a menu & had to show him on HIS menu, what the item was, before he could begin to make the order. He was so confused & even told me to look on an (empty) shelf for my order. I was not the only customer that was having issues with their orders that day. 1st last visit to this location. Learn your menu Sir ... Do better Tropical Smoothie, Do better ...

  Made an online order. When I arrived, employee agressively held my receipt to my face demanding I explain what the product I ordered (through THEIR online store) was. Other employees came out to theoretically assist, and were also totally lost until *I* had to open the menu that was between myself and them and point to where it was on THEIR menu so that they'd actually know the ingredients and become capable of making my order. Could you imagine ordering a Big Mac and then the McDonald's employee asks YOU "a big what? What comes on that?" And you then have to open the resource directly infront of them and show them to get your sandwich.

  Don’t come here! Customer Service is horrible. Hot Food is not good at all. You will be disappointed. Don’t say nobody warned you.

  I am sure that the workers here are nice and this could have been a one off experience but I ordered a Bahama mama with caffeine added to it. I wanted the energizer add on. The person taking my order asked if I wanted “coffee” I said “caffeine” and he said it again so I thought that he was using the word “coffee” for “caffeine” since he seemed like he was newly learning English. When I got the drink it was literal coffee mixed into the smoothie so I waited in line with some money to tip the man and explained what happened. He said I said ok to “coffee” so he wouldn’t fix it. I asked if I could just have a regular Bahama mama and he again said no. I just don’t think that is very good customer service when there was a loss in communication.
