- KCKari CorsiMar 6, 20251.0TERRIBLE customer service with no desire for accuracy or to make things right. There are never enough people working and errors happen constantly. I placed a delivery order on Monday with a coworker for 2 meals, 1 of them being a pair and save. When the order arrived, we were not given our bags of chips and we didn’t realize it until after the driver left. When I called to try and be reimbursed for part of our meals, I had to call no less than 10 times at 10:30 in the morning before I got an answer. The assistant manager was less than helpful and finally told me she would have a manager reach out to me….they never did. By 4pm I tried calling no less than 20 times on my way home and never had anyone answer. This isn’t the first time they’ve made mistakes on our mobile orders, but it is definitely the last because I refuse to continue to give them business. Order with caution.
