- CCChrisDec 13, 20251.0I stop by this location for a smoothie and some food. The man fixing my food was barefoot. I reported this incident to tropical smoothie who didn’t even issue me a refund even though I threw my food in the garbage
- AJAudre jamNov 15, 20251.0Went into this location to redeem my VIP smoothie card that I have received from a manager at the time working at that location last year. The card is still valid however, when I entered the establishment to redeem it. They said because the card had a different address that I had to redeem it over there. But, I never ordered at that location and a manager who was working that day is the one who gave it to me. This is most likely why I'll never return.
