Wow, tons of bays open and it's a 2-hour wait—no welcome, just an eye roll as we walked in. I guess customer service is only for the "select few."

I wanted to enjoy my visit — and overall I did — but several issues kept the experience from feeling 5-star especially for the money spent.
Games & Technology:
The ball sensors and games were not working correctly. Turns were inconsistent — you might start with 5 swings, but only 2 or 3 would actually register (even when no balls were hit) before it moved to the next player. Meanwhile, someone else might get 4 or 5. That makes it impossible to actually play or compete. When I asked a server, I was told they were having WiFi issues. Maybe — but either way, it took away from the experience my husband and I were hoping for. We’re golfers and competitive, so accuracy matters.
Atmosphere & Safety:
The group of teenagers in the bay next to us were purposely throwing clubs onto the green and even moved into our bay at one point. We had to stop and watch before swinging for their safety. Yes, the parent should have stepped in, but I was surprised employees didn’t manage the situation as well.
Food & Pricing Transparency:
My husband and I shared the nachos — they were good, but nothing over-the-top. Also, drink prices are not posted. That feels unnecessary and honestly a bit shady. Yes, you can ask — and I did — but there’s no reason prices can’t be clearly listed on the menu like they are at most places.
Fun concept overall, but between the game accuracy issues, lack of pricing transparency, and environment management, it missed the mark for me.

Shoots a little pricey but good. Takeaa little while to get drinks. Great place if you have coupons or promos.

The 2-bay Flex Package was misleading. Both the advertisement and customer service confirmed that it included a $100 food credit that could be used to order anything from the menu. That was one of the main reasons we chose to book an event package rather than reserving bays separately.
However, when the invoice was presented at the venue after the event, the narrative completely changed. It turned out that the “$100 food credit” actually meant a $100 minimum food purchase requirement when booking the Flex Package. This directly contradicts how the package was described. There was no clear disclosure, nor even fine print, stating that this was a mandatory food charge that would be applied whether or not we ordered food. This is Topgolf credit, not customer credit, and it feels like deceptive marketing with hidden costs.
Despite booking this as a birthday party, there was no event coordinator involvement, no acknowledgment, and not even a courtesy birthday wish from the staff. While the golf experience itself was enjoyable, the service and pricing model were extremely disappointing and unreasonable.
Bait and switch tactics on their online bookings and allowed payment methods.
Local management is completely useless and incompetent.
Update: You're canned responses to all the one star reviews, which are not followed up on, is typical of your management style. You had ample opportunity to make this right on my visit but you chose not to.
