    The Taco Bell app doesn't accept American Express but they don't tell you. My daughter couldn't order a free item in her app without adding a payment method. She is a minor amd doesn't have a credit card. Staff doesn't speak English. Seats have no cushion. Filthy restrooms. Price has more than doubled in the last several years.

    This place is awful because of this old man that works night shifts. He is always so confusing to talk to, and talks aggressively towards customers. He holds up the entire line because it takes forever for him to get in peoples orders. I think it’s best if this guy gets fired, or at-least gets a talk to do better at his job unbelievable.

    Like everyone else, I’ve been having terrible experiences with the old man at this Taco Bell for years. He is always rude, impatient, and unkind. He should have been fired years ago for making girls cry in line all the time. He always tries to limit the amount of items people order by making rude remarks and snide comments. Saying “that’s not on the menu”, when im literally trying to order just a chicken taco. Or rushing us thru by pushing through the order before we’re finished. He sucks and I hope he reads this so he knows how miserable he makes all his customers!

    This is the worst taco bell i have been to in my entire life. I have been to this taco bell multiple times, as I grew up in the area. Everyone here is disrespectful, slow, and terrible at their job. I have ordered from here 20+ times and my order has been wrong 95% of those instances. The old guy with glasses is the absolute worst and nothing makes me more frustrated than when I have to interact with him. Terrible place, terrible service, terrible workers. Don’t come here. Go to a different taco bell location instead.
