Our order last night included items that had been modified to remove tomato, sour cream, cheese, and nacho cheese sauce. Got the order home and they had put cheese, sour cream, and tomato on everything. My boyfriend had to submit a request for customer service to contact him because there is no way to chat or call a direct customer service line. He has not had a response yet. Because he is very thoughtful he surprised me tonight by bringing home a replacement burrito and black bean Crunchwrap that were once again ordered without cheese, sour cream, or tomato. The Crunchwrap they made had tomato on it so he had to go back and ask for one that was made correctly. I took one bite of the Crunchwrap when he brought it home and spit it out immediately. It didn’t have tomato, finally, but they apparently decided to replace the tomato with beef?!? Says clear as day on the order “black bean Crunchwrap.” I don’t eat meat, you guys. Or sour cream. Or cheese. My boyfriend has to fill out another customer service request. Do better. This is ridiculous.
