  Worst Taco Bell I've ever had. Ordered my food on the kiosk, took 10 minutes to get my drinks (when I was finally ask if I needed help). Fast forward 15 more minutes still no food and when I ask about it they're like oh here it is setting in a staging area. By this point it's cold, my son's food was all wrong as well. Soft taco shells were closer to being a crunchy one. I ask for him a new one after waiting 10 more minutes to be approached while standing at the counter. We spent nearly an hour and $40 that was a waste. The remade Taco for him came out a mess, it had to of had a cups worth of spicy ranch in it. Im not too picky but it was a ridiculous amount. I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. I even told all the customers waiting to be checked on inside to leave and go elsewhere to not waste their money, and that's my something I do lightly We tossed most of our food. Edited to add we were the only ones in thr lobby fit the longest time and they were not overly busy in the drive through.

  Food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. Everyone working the drive-through has been super nice and helpful every night I've been there.

  We ordered a few items, most of which were made wrong. Nachos had no sour cream. I asked for no lettuce on my taco, there was lettuce on it. Removing the lettuce yourself pretty much removes the scant amount of cheese and tomatoes they put on it, so basically most of the ingredients get removed. Not that theres enough on there to taste any of it anyway. The franks red hot crispy chicken taco had no taste of franks red hot. Not sure if they just let that off or what? It was basically a chicken nugget on a tortilla. The piece of chicken spanned about 1/3rd of the tortilla so most of that item just got thrown away. The steak poblano rolled quesadilla tasted pretty good, but honestly no idea if there was even any steak on it. Just tasted like spicy cheese. Fiesta potatoes were fine, but serving size is incredibly small. Staff seemed nice and friendly at least, though drive through was a little slow. Fast food is such a waste of money these days. Bad food, small servings, too expensive.
