The service in the drive through was HORRIBLE!! The girl at the window didn’t acknowledge us or give us a status on our order. We ordered on the app and ended up sitting at the window for 10 minutes, This location service is abysmal! Customer service training is A MUST!
I visited this new Taco Bell location through the drive-thru. Ordering was fine, but the service at the pickup window was disappointing. When I pulled up, the employee opened the window without greeting me, telling me the total, or acknowledging me at all. She stayed focused on her conversation with a coworker the entire time.
She handed us our drinks and food without saying a single word no “here you go,” no “thank you,” nothing. She even used curse words while talking to her coworker, which felt very unprofessional.
Overall, her attitude made us feel like we were an inconvenience, not customers. The food was fine, but the customer service definitely needs improvement at this location.
Date of our visit 11/17 around 5pm.

You walk in to the store to see a kiosk so you can spend 20 getting through the ordering screens because there is no one there to take an order so I went to the drive through window and wanted another 15 minutes on my order but the 2 people in front of me still hadn't got their order so I left and won't be back

Ordered online and my order was ready upon arrival. Food was hot and accurate. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean.

Choose to get a burrito so I could charge my phone on lunch. Yeah dont waste your time there are no places to charge your phone.
