  I am not one to leave a bad review a lot, but I am very disappointed in this Taco Bell location. It’s super close to my house. The service and the food is good IF they get their stuff together speed wise AND your order right! When you order online and use the app, they need to pay closer attention to order customizations. From my online order with a burrito, I took off a few ingredients on the burrito. When I got home and started eating, I realized they didn't pay attention and put the unwanted ingredients on the burrito. On top of that, wait time in the drive thru is 20-30 minutes. It’s just frustrating when you have to go through this just for a quick lunch and still end up hungry!

  I almost didn't come to this location because of the low reviews, but i gave it a shot. My order contained several items with modifications on multiple of them, and they made it all perfectly. The portion sizes were good, the food was tasty and made quick, and the staff was nice. I'll certainly come back in the future.

  One of the best Taco Bell‘s I’ve been to in a long time will definitely come back to this location. Food was hot and fresh and came out quick

  I'm tired of coming into this location and having to fight to get an employee's attention. All they care about is taking drive-thru orders with two people working drive thru and nobody paying attention to the front lobby. They watch us stand out there while they walk around completely ignoring customers. This has happened far too many times and this place is only a few months old. The general manager needs to retrain their employees in customer service because it's pathetic. **UPDATE** I've been back a few times since this review and nothing has changed. They really need to fire the general manager because these employees are lazy beyond comprehension
