- SSSpring SimmerNov 11, 20251.0Highly incompetent. Ordered for delivery and my chips were missing. Contacted the store who was clueless and insisted I call DoorDash as they were the ones to deliver. DoorDash indicated the refund must be on Subways end and could not send dasher back out for missing item. DoorDash was unable to get the store to understand the issue and had me contact the store again. I was told that Subway would not refund it as that meant they had to refund the whole order. They tried to get me to go out of my way when I explicitly ordered delivery to get the bag of chips. I indicated it was their mistake and I wanted the refund. I was refused and am never ordering from this store again. When you make mistakes you have an obligation to make it right to the customer, they did not. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order or use this store or you won’t get what you paid for.
