Just got home from ordering my child a sandwich and my poor 10 year old point out a dead roach cooked into the bread. Tried to call store, no answer or voicemail option. Will never go to this location ever again!

I went there to order a nacho cheese chips for five dollars and I was not going to get any meat instead of meat I just wanted some extra veggies and they would still charge me the same price for that and That’s ridiculous but I was fine with that. Whoever those two young ladies were making my nachos, she was so rude and did not even care to ask me what kind of toppings I wanted on my nachos and without even asking me Do you want to customise it she just put a cheese sauce on it and I did not want that and then she put the nachos in the toaster already. I’m like Hello excuse me I wanted to put some veggies on that before toasting it and she goes Yeah what what kind of veggies do you want and I just left the store I felt she was too rude they need to check it up. They need to teach them how to talk with customers and how to meet customer needs I’m never going back to that Subway do not go to that Subway in the evening or at all. Maybe they have very bad staff with a bad attitude who would not listen to you.
