Horrible. Always takes an absolutely ABSURD amount of time to get your order - regardless of mobile or ordering there. Location is trashy too. I don’t know why every dang Sonic in Louisville is SO HORRIBLY RUN. Awful. Do better.

Just avoid this location and drive to another Sonic. This is the second time we’ve had to wait 30 minutes for our order. This time around though we had to push the button twice after waiting 30 minutes to tell them we’re still waiting on our two corn dogs and ocean waters to only be told “Oh sorry, we’re actually out of corn dogs” We couldn’t have been informed that while ordering?? As soon as that conversion was over, they just then brought out our ocean waters. Short staffing or not, that was honestly ridiculous.

Placed order ahead of time. We have been waiting 40 minutes since we arrived. 2 other cars in the entire parking area. And only 1 car has advanced in the drive thru.

Went and bought lunch for the family today. They said the slushy machine was down, but that happens. Went ahead and ordered, made sure they had the pretzel buns available before ordering.
Spent $60, 2 of 3 order of tots were missing, all 3 burgers I ordered were wrong and none of them had pretzel buns. Before i left I also tipped the staff 5 bucks each because its the holidays so an additional $15 on top of the $60.
When I got hone realized the entire order was wrong, ive tried calling the location several times with zero pick ups.
Super disappointed, wont be going to this location again.
