  This location does not value your time nor will they care about holding up an order. Order a double burger with nothing in it, received it dressed. Ordered a triple, received a double and dressed. Waited 20 minutes for the order and had to walk up to the door to get the wrong order. After we found out, the employee did not care and hung up after telling us to come for the right order. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I wish they would do better.

  So thankful for their friendly service when DoorDash didn’t have the options I needed. They made the adjustments for me! Thank you!!

  Pulled up, they told us they are doing drive thru only, okay no issue, we get to the window and 1. No slush of any type the slush machine was down 2. The lady was like non present through taking our order, she wasn’t saying anything or confirming anything just silent the whole time , we pulled up, she just told us our total and we paid , waited like 20 minutes for our order only for her to hand us it and walk away and we noticed she didn’t charge us for everything we asked for and we Waited at the window for another 5 minutes for a guy to come up and help us , then charge us for the extra food we were missing, then we waited an additional 15 minutes. At the end , food was RAW , my burger meat was pink and my hot dog in my chili cheese coney was like a raw hotdog , not cooked whatsoever, and then my shakes just taste horrible ,never coming here again sorry.

  I am a DoorDash driver and I work this area often. I hate it when I get an order for this Sonic bc I automatically know the wait will be 20-30 min for something as simple as a frozen drink. I can’t speak about the food but the service is absolutely deplorable. This has happened 6-7 times so it’s safe to say this is the norm at this location. I start beating my stirring wheel whenever I see an order from this location. I can’t imagine anyone coming here outside of gig work. You’d think they were preparing a 6-course gourmet meal in the time it takes to receive service. It’s ridiculous and the staff all act as if they’re sedated. They never offer any apologies for their incompetence and inexcusable service.
