  This is literally the worst place ever. I deliver doordash here often and it’s the slowest service every time. Then tonight I eat here for the first time ever and not only does it take 20 minutes to get my food when they’re not busy and probably 10-15 cars have gone through drive thru but then my jr bacon cheeseburger looked like someone got mad and punched in and scrunched it up and not only that, but that same jr BACON cheeseburger has NO BACON on it. And my chicken wrap had pretty much no chicken in it whatsoever. Then to top it off my milkshake is melted. WORST $15 decision I’ve made in awhile!! But my carhop was the sweetest girl and that’s the only positive thing I have to say.

  Horrible experience. I don’t know who the franchise owner is, but this location is being run terribly. I’ve been here multiple times and either never receive my food or end up waiting over 30 minutes. Today (3/1), I stopped in for just two drinks and two milkshakes. After sitting there for 20 minutes, I pressed the red button and no one answered. I finally went to the door, and a teenager just shrugged and said, “It is what it is.” Completely unacceptable customer service. This place clearly needs better management and accountability.

  Ordered a chili dog with onions. Received just a chili dog, no onions. Was charged for onions. Ordered onion rings which had an odd taste and smell to them, definitely tossed those directly into the trash. How hard is is folks? It was not like they were busy we were the only customers. Maybe there was a reason for that!

  I sat at the menu board for over 10 minutes before having to go knock at the employee door to which the server brought my food right out to me for my Door Dash delivery. This is completely unacceptable and quite disrespectful. How can you run a restaurant with service like this. I will never accept orders from this place again. I work in food service, but I think this woman needs to be retrained

  Every time I come here it takes at least 30 minutes to get my order, even if I order on the app. Without a fail, every time on my lunch break. I waste basically my whole lunch here, hoping each time they can manage their time better. I won’t be coming back. I’ve tried to be patient multiple times. But when it took 40 minutes for my order I just can’t give a good review for that. I will say the food is good, but not worth the wait.
