The amount of times I have pulled into both of them, sat for ten mins, and then drove away because no one ever served me, is double digits at this point. Today I was trying to pick up a DoorDash order. Eventually had DoorDash cancel the order. There were no other cars in the lot when I pressed the button. And two drove off while I sat there.

The first experience, we were told not to order milkshakes ahead because it was inconvenient for them to have to remake it because it melted while I was stuck in traffic, even though I never asked them to remake it. I had not even checked into a stall yet. The second time, the lady told us we couldn't park in a stall and needed to use the drive thru because it was barely raining. The third visit, which was today, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food and we ended up missing parts of our order so we came back and they proceeded to take another 15 minutes to get the rest of our order. I hate having to complain because I genuinely do enjoy the food here, but the service is horrible pretty much every time.
