SHE WAS ON HER PHONE WHILE I AM A CUSTOMER WALKING IN TO PICK UP MY FOOD AND SHE PROCEEDED TO KEEP GETTING LOUD AND AGGRESSIVE SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE WANTED TO FIGHT ME ALL THIS HAPPENED IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER AND HE DID NOT INTERVENE OR HELD HER ACCOUNTABLE.
