The floors was soaking wet i went by the pop medicine and slipped and fell on my hip abd elbow and twisted my ankle !!!! no wet floor sign or anything I contacted the manager and she told me she would put a claim in on my behalf every time i call i get the run arounds today on 10/13/25 i called talked to a manager named destiny well she said she was the general manager she told me “ well i put the claim in and its nothing else i can do “ and she hung up the phone i called back nobody answered here its been 21 days and im out my job because my hip and ankle are out

However, we arrived at a little after 9pm and when a gentleman behind the counter saw me walk up, he hurried toward the door and locked it. Other people arrived after me and were turned away, as well. Might have been short staffed that night. Will try again, sometime.
