So when our total came up, we asked to remove 2 things off our order. Well, the cashier went to tell the cook "they don't want the hotdog, they just now told me" and you could tell by her face & body language she was annoyed. It was rude because she could've walked back there to tell them vs saying it loudly that we could hear (and see) her. Anyway. As she walks back up to the register, she proceeded to say "well, the food is already done, so we're going to have to the throw away the hotdog" since you didn't want it'. Uhm....ok. We hadn't actually finished ordering or paid for it yet, so I'm confused as to why they would even start making it AND it was already ready. PLUS, it had only been about 2 minutes so WHY is it already done?? We had a hamburger, hotdog & fries w/cheese. So you mean to tell me all that was cooked and up to serve in 2 minutes?? OKAY?!?! So after our final order was complete & paid for (a double hamburger, fries w/cheese sauce & a drink), we went to have a seat. Surprisingly, it took about 5-6 minutes for our food to be done (a normal amount of time). Then I noticed it had been sitting up there for a few minutes before being brought to us. My husband ate his burger but my fries were warm & the cheese sauce looked like it had been there for a while & cool. I had about 3 fries and just sat there while my husband ate his food. I normally don't complain & take my leftovers home to reheat, season or whatever needs to be done & eat it. But this time, I said something. I went to the counter on our way out and the cashier asked from a distance "is there something I can help you with"? (slight attitude detected). I asked if I could have some hot fries because mine were cold. I could tell she was annoyed by the look on her face. Needless to say, I got my fries & when we got to the car, I wanted some because I was still hungry & hadn't eaten yet lol. They were piping hot but they were the SPICY fries....NOT what I originally ordered). So I wasn't able to eat those either SMH. At least my husband got to eat, right?? I definitely won't be returning to this location ever again. Way to make a first impression!! I had to stop somewhere else to grab a bit to eat :/
